Jude produced by Taibhdhearc na Gaillimhe and directed by Seán Ó Tárpaigh. In this new play things come to a head, and the enormous, destructive forces inherent in the family are released when Jude’s terrible secret is revealed

Jude, a strong, confident, tough woman, a pioneer in the women’s rights’ movement, which left little time for her family, her chronically ill husband Peadar and her young daughter Gráinne. Nor is her relationship with her mother Mary much better – but for entirely different reasons.
